A BEARY FUN WEEK!

We love bears!  In addition to all the fun of having our bears with us this week, a lot of learning took place.  We read bear stories, decorated bear cut-outs, wrote in our journals about bears, made bear ears, and sorted, graphed, and counted Gummie Bears.  On Friday afternoon we donned our bear ears and marched in the annual Kindergarten Bear Parade pulling our handmade bear carts.  Thank you, parents, for the time and attention you put into helping your kindergartner make his/her cart.  The day was a huge success.  Each cart was unique and  the students were really excited to show them off.

We look forward to the 100th Day of School on Thursday.  If your child is making a poster or decorating a shirt, he/she may bring it in on the 26th.
